How to Place Your Order
According to the presentation of the product images, measure the size of your pet's neck and purchase the corresponding size of product. After completing payment, send photos of your pet to our customer service email: support@furmemor.com. We recommend front, side and back photos that clearly capture special markings.
Our customer‑service team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm all details. Once confirmed, we will commence production immediately. No refunds or photo replacements will be accepted after production has started. Our artisans will hand‑paint the artwork, striving to perfectly capture every unique feature of your beloved pet.
After painting is finished, we will send photos of the finished work for your review. Once approved, we will finish the product and arrange shipment.
