After placing your order, please email the name you would like customized on the urn to support@furmemor.com.

Please make sure the spelling is correct before sending your personalization details.

3. Confirm the Customization Details

Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your pet’s name and customization details before production begins.

Please review all information carefully during this stage.

Once the customization details are confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Handmade Production

After confirmation, your personalized wooden pet urn will enter the production process.

Production Time: Approximately 10 days

Actual production time may vary slightly depending on the current order queue and customization requirements.

5. Review the Finished Urn

Once production is complete, our customer service team will take photos of the finished urn and send them to you for review.

Please check the customized name and overall appearance carefully.

6. Approval & Shipping

After you approve the finished urn, we will carefully pack it and arrange shipment.

How to Store Your Cat’s Ashes

For better protection from moisture, we recommend the following storage method:

1. Place your cat’s ashes inside a suitable moisture-resistant inner bag.
2. Seal the moisture-resistant bag securely.
3. Place the sealed bag inside the included cloth pouch.
4. Add an appropriate amount of desiccant inside the urn to help reduce moisture.
5. Place the cloth pouch inside the wooden urn and close it securely.

Please note: The cloth pouch is included with the urn. The moisture-resistant inner bag and desiccant are not included and should be purchased separately.

We recommend replacing the desiccant approximately every 2 months. In humid environments, it may need to be checked and replaced more frequently.
