Our support team will review your photos and contact you to confirm the customization information before production begins.
Please review all details carefully during this stage so our artisans have the clearest possible reference for your pet.
4. Hand-Sculpting & Hand-Painting
After the customization details are confirmed, our artisans begin creating your cat urn by hand.
